morel even stated that he could break out of Cheetus nen space with ease when he would have the nen that he implemented into his puppets.. its strongly to assume that you just need high quantity ren or ken and dmg the space to get out or a condition is set like in cheetus space where he has to do something to leave

But locking the king seems almost impossible. Knov opens a door by drawing a circle with his finger. Against normal chimeara ants Knov can use smoke to confuse them and draw them into his space without them noticing. Against the King he wouldnt even get close before getting one-shot by the King or the Royal Guards. Also as they said in the episode, every Portal is something that Knov has to specifically set up in the real world. Remember: you can only fast travel to places you have already been too

I agree, breaking out of an alternate space with pure nen seems very possible. I mean Morel literally said last episode that if he had his deep purple nen he could easily break out of cheetus space.
