Fantastic discussion, not everything was discussed that I wanted you to touch on or mention BUT what was said was very interesting and I agree that this episode gave me that feeling of wow there are so many places this could go and I don't know where it will be taken now. Like the fork in the road on this journey Kousei is on. While the op 1 is very energetic and feels wild and free I do love op2 as well - it gives a different sensation and delivery. This episode was very surreal and hearing Kousei speak about this 'Summer Night' in seemingly past tense just hits hard. Will be hard to wait for the next one, I still wish Kaori (and Tsubaki does so a bit too) would stop using violence against Kousei. Why are all the women in his life so abusive? Also, when watching, I had to start the Crunchyroll video a few seconds before the timer as your vid seemed ahead. May have just been something on my side but once I got it synced to a three-second difference it was good.
