2018-08-06 21:25:50 +0000 UTCEven if the cops talk to Richard's councillor and he talks about what he was investigating they will find nothing much but see it as a former disgraced officer going on a ghost hunt. All the incidents that Richard investigated were odd but the people involved died in different ways, different time and had slight connections to Shuwald among many , plus there was allmost no direct involvment from Johan only the feintest trace is left, not substantial enough. We as the audience know that Johan did this to isolate Shuwald but for the cops even if they find this factor will throw it out as either coincidenc or irrelevant because in the end of the day what exaclty was accomplished, nothing execpt for an old man who had long since lost ties with these involved victims becoming lonelier. Why would a crimial do so, the gains from these crimes is completley out of the norm and for those specific murders they are almost non existent.

2018-08-06 18:38:39 +0000 UTCThe thursday boy committed suiceide due to him lying to Shuwald about being his son, while Richard's accidenta death is due to alchol drinking on a roof. An alcholoic man who was known to have shot a suspect while being drunk. The timing and sequence of events is close but their circumstances are different hence it wont be looked on further by the police. Especially in Richard's case since there is bad blood between him and his former collegues, so that stigma persists (we saw it in the episode he was introduce)
