2021-04-04 00:46:41 +0000 UTCI absolutely lost it when Penny died. I actually wasn't super invested in her as a character for quite a while, maybe just somewhat though because she's so wholesome. But in the past two volumes she really grew on me, and then she finally got to be a human, only to have that life taken. Shattered my heart, went through a large clump of tissues. And then Winter absolutely popped off right after that, looking so damn majestic and badass. Past two episodes are the reason she's my new favorite character. Weiss is a close second. Emerald has climbed up to third. Jaune or Ren for fourth lol.

2021-03-30 05:55:20 +0000 UTCI think we do have a reference for where RWBY, Jaune, and Neo are. They seeded it in the episode where Hazel helps Oscar escape. Oscar talked about a fairy tale about "the girl who fell through the world", and then Ozpin referenced it again when he asked if the team could/would be willing to risk accepting his help. Possibly an Alice in Wonderland reference?

2021-03-30 05:29:13 +0000 UTCMan...I commented the saaaame thiiiing in comments on RT. They just vanished. Since the whole volume took place over 2 days or so, I'm guessing it's only been like a day and a half since V8 C5? Maybe they took shelter in Amity arena to keep warm. :/
