yeah i also find that a bit sad i mean it does happen that animes will have friendship be the defining factor in winning a fight but many times its just a case of a character getting hyped up by the fact that people they care about are in lethal danger and i gotta tell you when people important to you are in danger it can often cause miracles in what someone is capable of doing
