[Info from the fanbook + manga bonus] Small detail, but the driver/manager Ijichi is actually 26 (Gojo is 28) and they both went to Jujutsu High so to him Gojo is both the strongest sorcerer AND his high school senior, the two most intimidating things in the world ! So that might explain his mix of fear/respect/annoyance towards Gojo. Also, he probably looks older than his age because he is constantly stressed out by Gojo's antics and the fact he is sending 15 year olds on super dangerous missions.
