Might be likely, Ms. Kobayashi's virginal and seemingly asexual, but given Tohru's thirst and immediate seduction attempts on both male and female Kobayashi, I'm betting she isn't inexperienced. I always figured that dragons are so long lived that they are kinda like gothic vampire descriptions, where gender becomes less and less important to them.
