Also the anime skipped it but he can't stop time for as long as he could in previous parts due to like 10 years passing

I do like Josuke but I always found that his personality being a blend of dangerous badass/chill nice guy felt a bit unnatural and jarring. Like the hair gimmick I get has depth but I felt it was a jarring way to have a multi-faceted character, and that's why I love Jolyne because she has the badass excuse by being Jotaro's daughter but she's also very kind and compassionate and goofy
