EARLY ACCESS Vinland Saga Season 1 Episode 22 Reaction

Is this true? Never i can imagine Japanese people not liking Vinland Saga and those dvd/blu ray sales ? I know it will have season 2 but not right now because of Shingeki no Kyojin season 4. Wit studio will be busy as hell! I’ve underestimated this series at first, but when the story goes on, this is a masterpiece! After i’ve watched the last episode, i’ve straight read the manga right away! Now, i’m still ongoing reading it! FARMLAND SAGA HERE WE GO!!

Like I said sure, idfc what you guys think. judge me I honestly don't care. I just wanted to see Viking anime action. You guys want story, guess what? Youll get it and lose half the audience because it becomes so fckng boring and we never even follow what Canute is doing until much later and its brief moments.

I think the problem is your expectation. You expect Vinland Saga to be shounen with typical shounen action. But the manga is a seinen series. Dealing with mature themes and grey areas.

well there was already an animated teaser for the season 2 arc, i don’t think i’ve seen any anime get a season 2 tease and not actually get a season 2 but anything is possible i guess

Look I know you ppl like how fckng within and spiritual and blah blah it gets. I didn't read the story for that, I read it for the Viking violence, and raids. It's a matter of interest that's all. The story becomes all about sins of the past and all that, when it comes to stories dealing with that. I've seen a bunch and hell im even caught up in the manga, started reading it like 5 years ago or something when I thought vagabond was going to keep up. I get it, if you like the story for the farmland sht, or protypical shonen killing is bad. Whatever.

I haven't watched the discussion but I always hate how everyone jumps on Askellads dick. THey say this and that but at the end of the day he's a rat willing to murder someone in there sleep. Too bad the story becomes lame af after this. RIP. Also Thorfinn did have potential to grow but Askeladd killing Thors the way he did is what stunted him.

I have faith. This series is just too good. Also, most series dont even get an adaptation. Thats just the power of Vinland. Also, i bet the manga sales are jumping through the roof. I've purchased the whole set!

It just came out that Vinland Saga vol 1 only sold 265 DVD/blurays in Japan after first week of sales. Under Assassin’s Pride and one of the worst performers this year. I hope Amazon’s paying them well for overseas streaming rights cause I don’t see a Season 2 in the wings with just Japanese commercial performance
