The flip-flopping in animation style that you're talking about (from cel to digital and vice versa) starts in episode 7, however it only becomes noticeable a little bit later in the double digit episodes. Anyway it pretty much stops once you hit episode 50.

2020-01-06 20:15:45 +0000 UTCSome episodes contain classical hand-paint scenes and digital graphic scenes. The original was made in 80s. And they tried to digital remake it to sell Blu-ray in 00s. But they didn't have enough money and time to remake all scenes...so they picked only terrible scenes and remade them.
