My understanding of the tournament bracket is that the top 3 schools within the district of Tokyo go on to represent their area, since Tokyo has such a huge population, unlike the Miyagi prefecture where Karasuno comes from, where only 1 school gets to represent their area. Itachiyama is the main representative Fukurodani is the secondary representative Nekoma is the final representative
