2020-04-20 02:58:27 +0000 UTCI don't know if I'd go that far but i think there are a few lines they muddled and made less punchy than the original crunchyroll translation. was so sad to see they got rid of "Nothing beats coming home" which CLEARLY fits the emotion of that moment better than "the place of your birth is truly a special place". they also tend to just make dialogue longer than it absolutely has to be, which makes it hard to read while focusing on the action.

(specifically the origins of a particular baby and the fact that his real world condition is so supernaturally extreme)

2020-04-18 22:42:55 +0000 UTCoh I don't know if i agree about sex pistols. sure they're dutiful and all about teamwork, but they're exactly as quirky and scatterbrained as mista himself is, plus they LOVE their rituals: eating before fighting, they share his fear of 4 as seen in the kraftwerk fight, ect.

Stands that talk on their own, and seem to have their own personality/agency are facets of your personality that usually don't show. Spice Girl could guide and encourage Trish despite her hesitance, because deep down Trish knew it's what she had to do. Koichi is a mild mannered boy, but Echoes Act 3 is the distillation of everything he usually holds back to be that way. And Mista is a pretty carefree guy (sometimes too carefree), if paranoid. But Sex Pistols is by nature dutiful and teamwork oriented, and seems to exemplify more rationality than Mista himself.
