A lot of people get this wrong, but Shinobu knows how people tick, so she incourages them in any way she can. Peopme get this wrong a lot but she is not a love interest. Shes just cheering Tanjiro on. She does this with the other cast members later too.

When she was talking about being tired and wanting Tanjiro to take over for her, I think she was talking about being tired and weary of trying to find a way to befriend them. Since she hates them to the very core of her being and is revolted by them, but she is struggling to try to overcome that to fulfill her sister's wish... So to me it seemed more that she was tired of that internal struggle than she was of hunting demons. Cant wait for next week! I love your Demon Slayer reactions :D
