Olivia is good at Japanese since the teacher pointed out she got 90% in Japanese in the transfer exam. She is just trying to pretend to be awful for Kasumi (the glasses girl which we did get the name of in this episode). Also for the ending song the voice actress did sang it but it also includes two other singers, KSKN and Ikepy. Both of them are actually from different metal bands so it makes the song more authentic of the genre.

Thanks for doing this show! Personally, I liked it way more than Daily Lives of High School Boys... although that might be a minority opinion. Hope you guys enjoy the extremely stupid ride :-)

You're pretty much right on the money with how old they are. They're second years in middle school, which would be equivalent to 8th grade in the American system. The third girl is Kasumi (given) Nomura (family). Her name is written on her 2% English exam, and Olivia calls her by name in the last skit when talking about how busty she is. Also, she has the same voice actress as Chika from Kaguya-sama. Olivia's fluent in Japanese, she's just pretending to be non-fluent by putting on a stereotypical foreign accent. Even without knowing Japanese you can tell by the difference in the cadence and emphasis of her voice between when she speaks out loud and her internal monologue which is fluent. Also, it's adapted from a manga.

Damnit, Caleb! Now you have me questioning the correct way of pronouncing GIF all over again!!! Is it a hard "g" or a soft "g"?? Can't we all just decide on one pronunciation?!!! Jokes aside, I was really surprised to learn that this show wasn't all that popular since I found my self belly laughing at least twice during every episode.
