This Manga released from 2015's, and planning start for new national stadium for 2020's Olympic in same year. Yes, this is Olympic stadium. Initial plan, they make estimate of cost that is 30 billion dollars ( It ended up 16 billion dollars ). It is more than higher 3 times from 2012's London Olympic stadium. There are still many problems except cost at that time, it was became a social problem. BTW, 2020's Olympic in Japan was postponed...
