Much truth, very nice. I have pretty fond memories from first time watching Ouran when it just came out, but looking at it objectively... not that great of a show. Pretty good by a reverse-harem standards, but only because that genre is plagued by utter garbage. When judged on it's own merit it comes out just around 'meh'.

Honest Opinion: Ouran High School Host Club and Fruits Basket are great anime... but I don't think that Caleb and Jacob will enjoy them. Both of them are light SHOJO, that we all have in our hearts because its part of our childhood. But, honestly, I don't think they will like them.

The only thing we can do is hope for the right poll to appear and smash Kazetsuyo's title like a SuperMario coin box. I don’t even think in Noragami that there are that many actual fights. Obviously fights happen but it’s different or rather the fight is not important or secondary. Anyway I can see what you say. However, I personally don’t share that sentiment cause as for me a lot of the fights in my hero don’t deliver. I can only count a few. Everything Bakugo does I enjoy and I’m invested but others not really. Gentle fight and Lemillion prolly had the greatest emotional weight for me outside Bakugo related story lines. But that’s just me. Which is why personally I prefer Noragami to MHA

I wouldn't really classify Noragami as a shounen. Regardless, the reason the Bros like My Hero is that MHA excels at delivering the emotional weight and carthasis of each attack. It's the emotions rather than the actions that have them invested. It's why they like sports anime like Ippo and Haikyuu. I don't think Noragami does that nearly as well.

Legend of galactic heroes is a bit too... old. it didnt really age well and i cant ignore the low quality, plus sci-fi is usually not my favourite setting (there are obviously exceptions, like Battle Lines ;) ) I watched along the first 10 episodes with the bros but i couldnt get used to the series. i really dont want to offend anyone, as i know how beloved the series is, but to me monogatari was just boring and nonsensical. I watched ippo the first, im not sure anymore but i think it was around 7 or 8 episodes. It felt like a regular sports themed anime, this time boxing. The usual conflicts and the usual struggles like many other sports anime. Just doesnt really work on me. Assassination classrom is ok, i liked it when i watched it but im lacking the motivation to rewatch it. Cant really tell why id have to think about it. Asobi is... weird? to say the least. Sometimes the comedy hits the mark, sometimes i just want to cringe myself into a grave. I would say its ok but similar to assassination classroom. Kaguya i already said i liked very much but the season is short.. Beastars is a bit different. i dont like the cg animation (even if its considered "good") and find it rather creepy in this one. I watched the whole season but it didnt particularly impress me I watch anime daily for 16 years now. I have seen hundreds and hundreds of animes, especially addictive between 2008 and 2010 ( i watched at least 20-30 episodes a day) I have seen all kinds of anime and have settled the genres and types i like. Maybe my taste has become stagnant, no probably. But im okay with it Its not that i hate or didnt watch the series when i dont vote for them. I just didnt like them enough to want to rewatch them with a reactor

I'd recommend to expand your tastes. I've been here for about 3 years as well and their current lineup is arguably one of the best it has been so far. With juggernauts of quality+length like Legend of the Galactic Heroes and Monogatari, great shounen Ippo and simply fun series' that elicit very nice reactions/discussions from bros: AssClass, Asobi Asobase, Kaguya. Not to mention Beastars: almost feels like it became Jacob's top 31 series atm lol. Well, it's a great seinen series so no wonder.
