It actually is super low, ever since they had audio peaking issues a few weeks ago they've been lowering their mix alot. It's lower than usual in this ep though.

Actually, In Japanese, anaru and anal have the same pronunciation. She didn't know because she didn't learn English when she was a kid, but now that she understand English, so she became embarrassing with nickname.
