SOS bros, haven't watched the discussion yet but the whole time Ougi was talking about Tsukihi (one example is how there was no "future" for them, only an everlasting "present", another is how "they can only live in the present"), it wasn't just some weird threat to Tsukihi, it was Ougi talking about herself as well. And given how Araragi says "Ougi, you are me,", then you have to recontextualize the conversation between Ougi and Tsukihi as well.

I started Monogatari because of these reactions, and although I went ahead on my own once we hit the Kizu movies, i'm glad to see the bros get here as well, and i've gladly enjoyed the discussions each week. Monogatari really is something else, sasuga Nisio Isin.
