Just a quick comment on the beginning of the video. I don't think Hachiman made her workload worse. He didn't like that people were criticizing her for taking on all the work herself instead of praising her. He said what he did to highlight what she had done and to give her a way to accept help without comparing herself to Haruno or compromising her pride in any way. He actually lessened her workload because she may very well have refused Hayama's offer if he hadn't said anything.
