I started up the show on my end and completely missed that you're reacting to the Dub, which is rare for you guys, from what i've watched at least. EDIT: Man i'm glad you watched the Dub, cuz Keiko is is voiced by the wonderful, lovely Laura Bailey.

However Wataru does voice Knuckle in Hunter x Hunter who is most likely a character inspired by Kuwabara. Shigeru is well known for voicing Buggy in One Piece and Pilaf in Dragon Ball.

2021-01-02 09:16:37 +0000 UTCI had a crush on Botan when I watched this on Toonami back in the day. XD Most of the voicing is pretty good, but there's some old school cheesiness that is just a trait for really old shows.
