The commentary goes much more in depth than i've seen anybody discuss this show but people care more what it's lead character's gender is more than she does herself and mostly neglect to appreciate the good commentary. sux.

2021-01-01 20:25:02 +0000 UTCI'm lovin' your reactions to Ouran. I haven't watched it in years, but I'm having a great time remembering why it's such a classic. I look forward to the next episode! I also love that Jacob said he wouldn't be surprised if Mamoru Miyano didn't need to audition for the role of Tamaki because that's exactly what happened when he was cast as Atsumu in Haikyuu. He didn't audition for it (and so many of us wanted him to be cast as Atsumu so it was a dream come true). LOL He's an absolutely fantastic seiyuu. One of my other favorite roles of his is Dazai in Bungou Stray Dogs.
