2021-01-07 11:32:20 +0000 UTCThat's correct, Nagisa isn't bothered probably because he is used to it to a degree and understands that they don't know the full picture so it isn't out of malicious intent and plays along with it since its inevitable with his androgynous looks .

2021-01-07 11:15:19 +0000 UTCIt's only a single moment though. Besides, Nagisa's trauma/trigger from his mother's abuse is people not seeing him for who he is. That was the initial trigger for his suicide bombing of Korosensei. Despite getting Nagisa to dress up in drag, none of his classmates have seriously pressured him into doing or saying things he doesn't want to. So while it was insensitive of them, I don't think it seriously bothered Nagisa.

Sure, it's played off for laughs because we don't know anything about his mother in season one, but once you watch this episode, it makes all of those scenes very uncomfortable.
