I'm actually pretty certain the shut in line was talking about Beatrice. No one would really know Subaru was a shut in back in the real world, and he's not really a shut in inside this new world, but Beatrice is almost always in the library, so if the person who sent them knew, it would make sense she's called that.

Rezero purposely throws a bunch of information at you and half the fun is trying to sort them out, getting it wrong and getting surprised by what's actually happening.

Nevertheless, you did kind of focus so much on the fact the Beatrice was not targeted, when in fact she was. I was really hoping during the discussion one of you remember the doors all being open or think of the fact that no one should see Subaru as a shut-in. Oh well, was still fun hearing your theories

2021-02-01 22:30:19 +0000 UTCThe thing is, this time they got many things wrong during their analysis. Frederika told Subaru and Emilia to be careful around Garfiel. The barrier which Frederika patrolled, only keeps Mabeasts outside the village. Also minor stuff like the guess Ram is mixed blood, but in reality she's a full blood Oni since both of Rem and Ram's parents were Onis.

2021-02-01 20:57:50 +0000 UTCJust an FYI Guys Ram being thrown was in the main time line when Subaru and Rem were fighting the mabeasts in Season 1 since Subaru didn't die back then. The only reason she doesn't remember it fully is because in involves Rem and she forgot about that because of Gluttony eating Rams name and memories.
