I'll openly admit the start of the second half kinda drags its feet a bit, but I love the characters so much I can't help but forgive it. Plus, it's one of the few shows to have a slice of life spin off that works for both world-building and being genuinely fun. Slime Diaries is a great compendium piece (though I am not going to ask it be reacted to, lol, there's not a lot to dissect there).

2022-10-23 07:37:29 +0000 UTCWell, the point at which they ended the first season felt filler-ish. I'd rather they kept all of the Milim visit politics in and ended with her fight. The school arc could've been the start of season 2, which would lead to a very good climax. They basically split the school arc in 2 the way they ended.
