I was just saying that it was only WIT’s 1 animation team working on Vinland Saga that transferred studios, not the studios themselves merging or anything like that

I love this ending because it's Boji breaking free from the shadow of his father to forge his own path, which is what he's always done! It just wouldn't feel right if he assumed his father's throne.

2023-01-12 18:54:04 +0000 UTCWit wasn’t absorbed or acquired by Mappa, btw. It was only the 1 animation team that worked on producing Vinland Saga season 1 at WIT that transferred over to Mappa. Granted, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible for things to play out with Mappa ending up making Season 2 of RoK. But just saying, WIT is still a studio to itself for now and not a part of Mappa or anything like that.
