Yeah it was censored for the show as it happens but that arm was actually pretty much just shredded to pieces not just broken to hell like Deku's arms have been. Also she wasn't saying they were just zombies because of the heads, she was saying if all it takes is ripping their heads off then they are easier to deal with than regular villains because heroes of course can't just kill those but these zombies as she called them are fair game. Basically harder to subdue than to just be able to put em down for good by thigh crushing their brains.
