It's not just numbers, but rather overwhelming numbers. And like someone else mentioned, Twice can also make copies of other people, and those copies have all of the powers of those other people other than base durability. Depending on the their quirk, this is insane. Especially since it also perfectly copies the mind of those other people.

2023-03-25 15:17:29 +0000 UTCHawks is as OP as people think he is. Hawks is specifically suited to deal with Twice in an enclosed space because of his action economy. He is fast and precise with his feathers. If he catches Twice *as* he's starting his exponential duplication, then he can deal with him. Even Hawks would have a problem if Twice already had 64 copies out *and then* started copying. That would only take a few minutes for Twice to do.
