EARLY ACCESS Arcane Season 1 Episode 9 Reaction

EARLY ACCESS Arcane Season 1 Episode 9 Reaction

I haven’t seen a lot of people being that up, but its so true. Even if she hadn’t shot that weapon, the council’s vote would have been meaningless since Silco would have never handed her over.

On the things i want but nobody asked for : A Viktor and Sevika team up. I mean she's gonna need a new arm and our boy is an expert at changing limbs now....that could be the birth of an new interesting faction :D

Alexander Anima

idk if she saved vi cause she wanted to or cause her relfexes just reacted to a gun getting ready to shoot

On first thought, I thought it was ironic that Jinx destroys the Council just as they are unanimously voting to give Zaun what they want, but one of the non-negotiable conditions Jayce set was that Jinx has to be surrendered, and Silco says (and I also believe him) is that he would have never given her up, no matter what they offered him. In the end, the irony is that he's exactly like Zander in that way. There was never going to be lasting peace between the two factions anyway, even if Jinx hadn't nuked the Council.

Woot woot all aboard the Vander is Warwick theory train

Sylvia

i think the gemstone is just used to power her weapon, so shes not returning it

olle spengler

masterpiece.

Since you guys know league, quickly check Warwick's lore and/or Warwick's interactions in the game with Jinx and Vi, seems related with what you were discussing right after the show ended ;D

Manuel Soto

The current theory for that final scene with Singe is that it's the Champion Warwick, in the middle of being made/mutated. Warwick being made by Singe was a known bit of lore, but the extra idea added by Arcane is that Warwick was made from Vander.

OmniOrcus

nope. You dont have to know anything about league lore to enjoy arcane.

I think it’s just that Vi gets the most uneven burdens after the time skip so she has one of the hardest hills to climb for her goals. She admits her mistakes of the past but she is right in blaming Silco in what happened to their family

Andres Lozano

All these people are going to say Silco was manipulative and sure he was but he didn’t do it knowingly. He tried to teach her how to cope the way he did. Maybe it wasn’t the best but he had to learn it himself and for Jinx. He was all she had. He used drugs, and children, and anything he could to put himself at the position where he could create the nation of Zaun. A free place for all who have been trampled on. Everything he said in the series he truly believed. He didn’t know Vi was alive. I hate how everyone excuses or doesn’t realize how at fault Vi is. They just let it slide because she’s got a cool haircut. Vander told Vi not to go topside but she did and took Jinx. She told Jinx that what made her difference made her strong and yet when it mattered she wanted Powder not Jinx. She disobeyed Vander again and sent the note to sheriff lady who died. Then she went to get Vander after he said not to, and TOLD Powder to stay. Every time Vi disobeys orders it’s okay, but when Powder did it’s not? She’s a hypocrite, and go back to when she’s talking to Cait in her room about creating monsters to scare Jinx only to turn herself into the biggest. Right there at the end Mylo, Clagger, Cander we’re the monsters tormenting Jinx’s. Silco tried to protect his daughter.Every person just assumes Vi would beat Jayce. Haaaa funny.

WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN

Alwayswit

That could make sense

killezio3 killezio3

Just a speculation but I think relevant. Vander probably was killing silco because Piltover offered something like Jayce did.

Cheng Zhang

Yes lets sum up and judge two relationships based only on these 2 specific instances.. What? Also I don't blame Jinx fully but its pretty generous to call her causing the death of most of her and Vi's family a "mistake". Its not like she spilled the milk or left the oven on lmao

After the 6th rewatch of Arcane I needed something to get me out of that hole. I strongly recommend The Expanse. It has 0 in common with Arcane in terms of story ,but it has amazingly written and badass characters ,and a deep story . I don't mind if you don't react to it , you might want to watch it in your free time ,but you will definitely enjoy it.

Dian

“Don’t cry. You’re perfect. “ while Vi called her a jinx and made her cry when she made a mistake

killezio3 killezio3

Funny to think Silco died where Vander died back in ep 3, also the opposite reaction where Silco never blamed Jinx even when she killed him vs Vi's reaction when she knew what her sister did (not blaming Vi for anything but, very different responses in Jinx's mind).

I get the desire to avoid spoilers and go in blind, but you can't really blame netflix, when most of the main cast are characters from the game and players mostly know how they end up. The show was built with expectation that the core audience will know all these things.

22:40 has been the subject of soooo many theories and speculation. Such a great ending to seasons 1. I need season 2 now.

kingofshibainu

Personally in my top 10 animated shows 1 of only 2 western animated shows with ATLA

Creamsicle33

"In their last moments, people show who they really are." Silco last words of reassurance and encouragment toward jinx are the final proof you need that he truly loved her, even tho she killed him

Alexander Anima

Lets go!

wow

Same lmao

levolly

Oh the Misery...that Arcane SoS reactions are over :(

GoFree4
