What makes Mark invincible isn’t that he doesn’t lose and doesn’t get hurt. It’s that he always gets back up, the invincibility of his spirit.

2022-05-31 15:27:33 +0000 UTCYeah when Amber revealed she knew Mark was a Superhero I let out an audible "Bitch are you for real?". For me personally it made her a total hypocrite. Like she's upset Mark is lying and not telling the truth yet she's basically doing the same thing by not telling Mark she knows. Like even though she knows he's Invincible and watched him fight to the death a murderous cyborg she still scolds him for "leaving her". To me it shows Amber just purely thinks of herself, she could've revealed at that moment to Mark that she knows, it could've been the moment that she realizes Mark has a legit reason for keeping stuff from her. But she doesn't, she doesn't even ask if he's alright. Like she just watched Mark fight a cyborg that was kicking his ass, trying to kill him and ended up killing itself and she doesn't give 2 shits about Mark. Plus it shows how incredibly stupid Amber is, like it's only been a few months since the entire Guardians team was murdered and she can't piece together that maybe now isn't the best time for a superhero to reveal their secret identity to some one. I liked Ambers char at the start but now man, she played herself.
