Twisted Fane Battle Map - Release

Greetings Adventurers!

Thank you all for your patience! As I stated in the April Map Poll, I fell ill and was unable to keep up with the timeline, so this is the last paid post for the month with the map theme of Underdark, however the 4th map will still be coming and will be FREE for all patrons. Now let's dive into the Twisted Fane!

The base map releasing to the Barbarian tier is the Twisted Fane battle map recreated in my own vision. Some may remember this particular Underdark area from the Dungeons and Dragons Online video game. I took some notes from that area and created my own vein so to speak. This area is sort of a living area with a very large pulsating crystal at the center. This crystal is enshrouded in thorns and bark like wood that has overgrown around it, holding and protecting the magic within. This area is brought to life from this power, as you see veins throughout the ground and within the rocks themselves. The grid for this map is larger at a 40x30 size to really show just how massive the center crystal is and provides plenty of combat room for your players.

The Death Knight tier will be getting a variant that once again "awakens" this particular map, darkening the area in true Underdark fashion with a bluish hue. The Crystal is glowing even brighter, shining it' light across its surroundings and the magical essence beneath it now spreads even farther. There are more thorns that have grown and the veins within the rocks are brighter and conduct their own luminescence as well. The overall feeling of this one holds more magical awe in the atmosphere.

The Necromancer and Legend tiers will be getting a pair of daggers crafted by the artist César Ayala and authored by myself. The Necromancer tier will be getting the daggers artwork by itself with a transparent background while the Legend tier will be getting the "Dual Blades of Necrosis." These daggers are considered legendary and holds quite powerful poison magic. The Legend tier will also be receiving this item in digital card files.
