The recipe for the pickled peaches with honey is online somewhere. Someone posted it on the SnW subreddit once and I tried it.
It's definitely worth! Super tasty and goes amazingly well with ice cream.

Pickling is a preserving process. "Pickles" are really "pickled cucumbers". You can find all kinds of pickles like pickled pigs feet and pickled veggies. It is true though that people today in our area of the world equate "pickles" and "pickling" to specifically cucumbers. You should try pickled eggs. They are pretty good :D
I had never heard of pickling with honey though. Pretty sure the honey is just an extra cuz I believe it has to be an acidic solution to be pickling.
