I know a lot of people have been voting for Zom 100 but maybe not have that shown in this current season since rumour has it that they are having a lot of production issues. So much so the latest delayed episode doesn't even have Shaft (who were co-animating the show) in the credits anymore. Then they have like 2 upcoming delays, with no word of when episode 10 is going to air. There's even rumours that they are going to be postponed like Uncle from Another World, and Nier Automata.

"mediocre seasonal show" is just your opinion. "with airing issues" is a fair reason not to have it on the poll although it's hard to tell if it will effect them if they are watching it from the start weekly.

Oh man skip to loafer is going to struggle if it keeps getting put up against all these super popular shows but I really hope it wins eventually. The fact that it’s even somewhat competing against something like Blue Lock and Dr Stone, both anime that are about 10x as popular is evidence enough of its quality.

Maybe react to all of these shows (in order of popularity) and then re-poll Zom 100 after you get through them. That eliminates complaints of recency bias, and hopefully most of the season will be out by then.

People are really voting for some trash... Skip and Loafer is the only good option here. I would consider watching the zombie show but everyone being adults and still looking like 15 year olds is putting me off too much, idk what it is about anime that refuses to make grown up job-having adults look like actual adults.

You might want to consider Undead Girl Murder Farce when making your next poll. It's a dark fantasy/mystery show with creatures and characters from both Japanese and Western myths and classic literature. It's airing at the moment and I think you might enjoy it.

Zom 100 is my second pick, whereas Horimiya was my number one. Very glad Zom is winning, but the fact that Horimiya is in dead last makes me really sad, most likely means if they ever do watch it it'll be a long time from now. It's not amazing or anything but Horimiya is so easy to watch, no need for insane emotional investment, just chill and watch some slice-of-life with a little bit of romance.

A really good show that might be up you guys alley is Undead Girl Murder Farce, which is mystery detective show of sorts with a lot of famous literary characters. Another could be Dark Gathering, which is a horror anime. Not sure how you guys feel about that, but its got some good storytelling too.

Zom 100 is suffering horrible delays with the final few episodes’s broadcast time pushed to next season or later. So not a good idea. They are finishing up Oshi no Ko already and poor Lycoris Recoil is still in limbo.

I think Zom 100 would be a problem, they released yesterday a schedule for the episodes, there are going to be a LOT of weeks without episodes, and they will stop on episode 9 or 10 if I'm not mistaken, with the other episodes until 12 without any notice on being released this year.
