They didn't say they won't watch it bc it didn't do well, they said it was just because they have no interest in doing it atm. It's unfortunate considering how amazing the 4th season is (I'm waiting for the 5th to finish airing but I checked out the first episode and the hype was still kept alive). The odds are not looking to be in our favor but maybe someday, even if it's not soon. I refuse to completely give up hope unless they come out and explicitly say "no we're never watching it"

2023-09-02 11:12:12 +0000 UTC@Zairaner what's IN the photo is irrelevant. the statement from OP was: "Chisato was laughing about the "gas explosion" because that was the cover-up for arms deal incident" the 'arms deal incident' that Takina created, AKA, when she sprayed down the arms dealers with an LMG was covered up as "a gas explosion" which is what Chisato is laughing about. so yes, Chisato IS laughing because THAT'S what the 'arms deal incident' is to the public. a "gas explosion" the follow up statement of: "They were literally talking about it, with the photo." is referring specifically to Chisato's reaction to the news report that the other lady mentioned where she is WITH the photo. Not because of what's IN the photo, but because the conversation came up while she was WITH the photo. tldr; i think you're misreading and misinterpreting what OP said

Chisato laughs over the gas explosion a few moments BEFORE she finds out the photo was taken in the building adjacent to the arms deal. She literally has no clue the photo has anything to do with the event from the previous day at that time, and probably still believes its some kind of stalking event. Chisato is shocked when she realizes the truth a few seconds later, so I really don't know where the confusion is coming from here.
