2023-09-30 01:04:58 +0000 UTCThere's a moment in the date episode where Chisato says that they can't use their guns if they're not in uniform because the police will freak out. What I take that to mean is that the police are at least passingly aware of the Lycoris in some way. I think it most likely boils down to "If you see this uniform, you didn't see this uniform. Got it?" So like, as long as the Lycos are wearing the outfit, the police just know to look the other way and not report anything, but they aren't told anything more than that.
