agreed with most you said except for the fact that nana k is a bad friend bc she's not adhering to nana o's needs which is?? needing her happy magnet around her 24/7?? the codependancy goes both ways, just like nana o doesn't owe nana k her time and her full affection after nana k's breakup, nana k does not owe nana o full on hyper bubbly happy crutch. nana showed up for her band, cooked dinner for the band and is her #1 supporter but is allowed to be in the dumps and depressed...tbh imo it's kinda wild that no one around her notices she's depressed but goes to show how crap communication hachi acc has. otherwise excellent discussion and hachi is a very human character which is why her fuckups and her thoughts are just so easy to empathize with
