The anime cut a scene that would have been in episode 2 that better introduced the teddy bear Roosevelt as an immobile super computer developed by Thracia. It's given goal was Thracia's supremacy but it decided to go its own way being superintelligent and all. Cutting that scene is the biggest weakness of the anime imo, and knocks it down from a 10/10 to a 9/10, because the ending is now too confusing for anime-only viewers.
