2024-08-30 23:00:58 +0000 UTCThis is on of the reasons why I love Cid as a character. Cid doesn't think the money Gamma and the girls of Shadow Garden made off his knowledge is actually his. They put in the work, they made the ideas a reality, it's their money. Sure he could claim it, and technically it is his as the lord of their organization, but the thought doesn't even enter into his mind since the organization itself is a grand LARP. The girls are just humoring him cause he saved them from Possession. That just makes his petty theft of a single gold zeni even funnier.

In his mind, Shadow Garden is still just an elaborate LARP and so he doesn't see why the girls would provide him with money they earned.
