I'm not sure how to say it, but I like how Kal didn't use her hands here-it's a change from how Paizuri's is usually done, and it implies that either A. The Doctor is thrusting from below or B. Kal's Boobs have an auto pumping motion. Or maybe she is just bouncing up and down to make her boobs move.
