No, while there are those who desire it, the time scale of the game makes it seem like there won't be enough time to get to that stage in pregnancy before the final battle. While at the moment there is no time limit, The Riders have stated that they will implement a sense of urgency by making a maximum number of days you have till 'Game Over' so to speak. I'll also note that they could always throw in a cheap explanation of "Dynae uses magic to prevent girls from getting pregnant" as well or an interesting idea was proposed was that the Armor makes Nulkan sterile while he is wears it and it takes time for the effects to wear off. Namely he has to not wear the armor for X number of hours/days before he is fertile again. Who knows, but as of right now The Riders have no intention of adding any form of lactation to the game.
