Sudden growth at the arcade center

It was a pain in the ass having to watch after my neighbor's son. It's a good kid but I initialy have other plan ...
That being said, after the boy experience an all of sudden and unexplained muscle growth I was all of sudden more than happy to spend all of my time with him !
PS I don't know what cause the growth but I definitly need to come back checking that game ...
