Mother's Day 2020 - Pandemic Edition

Well, it is complete, but the theme of the cover is quite rapidly becoming dated/irrelevant as the effects of the pandemic seems to mostly be subsiding, at least in my region. Which is a good thing! Let's hope for no resurgence.

It seems bars and restaurants are opening again on May 15th, though of course with a bunch of social-distancing guidelines added. However school is still out for at least the rest of the academic year, and facemasks are still very prevalent in large grocery stores etc.; I have a feeling it will take weeks to months for all that to remotely be gone. Time will tell.

But alas, this Mother's Day will remain indoors! GM can still get a dinner and movie from her kids... let's just hope they know how to bake a frozen pizza...

Also last year I used a random barcode, this year it's a functioning QR code. Right now it leads to a picture I'm still pondering what to write on it... once this image goes public on Mother's Day it'll have words in it.
