Apologies I missed to post WIPs of this one along the way, it took a lot of reworking to the point that the final image isn't quite what it used to be, haha. Had a bit of help from our boy Garuda!
I kind of went with a somewhat "oekaki" approach to this one, in terms of the closeup composition. Also experimented with different tools for inking, but I have a feeling I won't be using the tools I had used here again... but that's the magic of experimentation! Live and learn.
