[Doodle] Business Mewtwo

Procreate doodle on the iPad! Decided to refine the initial sketch on the device itself instead of doing the thing where I transfer the sketch to PC; just so I can get more practice with Procreate's basic features. Part of me wonders if I "refined this image too much", as I'm trying to further go back to embracing rougher lineart and lively things like that.

I have an unanswered question about this whole "Business Mewtwo" character though, maybe some of you can help me figure it out... : who's character is it? Mewtwo + Business is a great combo of course, numerous people draw such subject matter, there seems to be the existence of a "fan character" named "Mew Tuely", but is that a specific someone's character or is all this just a sort of hivemind character design for all Mewtwo Enjoyers alike? I made this for the Annonguy who is one of the said enjoyers, but not even he is certain of an "origin" of this...

At any rate, I hope y'all enjoy anyway! There's something I love about disgruntled gals, and Mewtwo is a perfect candidate for such an expression...
