Fun fact: there's one asymmetrical detail in the two halves of the design! Well, aside from 'natural' small imperfections of the drawing... but alas, if you happen to notice it, I think you'll understand its meaning.
I also made some sort of tarot-ish version for fun... because the design seemed like it would look nice in a bit more of a darker/mystical setting, outside of the boundaries of a playing-card. Which do you prefer?
There's two versions of the doodle with Becky and Gonzo because I can't really decide which to "officially" post. One version's dialogue is a little less brash than the other, heh...
And the final VHS-filter image in this post is just something silly... this is all silly. It's all probably not as funny as I think but it's meant to be in-character of Gonzo who is probably not as funny as he thinks lmao

When you say “the pink wedge opening out” you mean the notch? If so I find that cool you see it more as the pink opening outward as opposed to the green being cut inward, if that makes sense haha. Gonzo does indeed have certain selective moments of wisdom for Becky, but the vast majority of the time he’s just an outright buffoon lol

2025-04-23 17:44:21 +0000 UTCI'm probably misinterpreting, and even if I'm right it would likely undermine the artistic challenge to the audience to discover the meaning for you to confirm my theory, but I wonder if the pink wedge opening out from deeper in the green is an allusion to Gonzo being a deeper and more intrinsic voice from within Becky than it would appear at surface level. Lovely work as always regardless!
