I remember being super nervous and feeling insecure about posting my cosplays for the first time, but my friends and Sensei were encouraging me to do it. Then, for the first few weeks, almost nobody noticed. If a photo even got 10 or 20 likes, it felt like a miracle.
My goal was just to get 100 likes on a single photo. It wasn't because I wanted the attention, although having attention is definitely nice sometimes :3 I just genuinely wanted to show people the characters I thought were cute and adorable. I still do, every single day. That's why I don't try to cosplay most "trendy" characters. Just the ones I like.
Thank you all, every single one of you, for being here with me today. This photoset is a gift to my cheez-its, because it also shows a side of me that I felt insecure about showing before. It's all because of you guys that I have the confidence to do this, and to keep doing cosplay!π§‘
