I imagine the predators are eating the deceased. They have to do something with the dead, and locking the meat in a box six feet underground seems like a huge waste when ten percent of the population can’t survive without meat. In fact, if they did that, they’d be more likely to see “savage” predators. Also, in the wild there are more prey than predators. Otherwise, the predators would run out of food and their populations decrease. The 10% predator vs 90% prey rate wasn’t because the predators living there decided to become pescatarians… Given that their food would probably be heavily regulated, I imagine they would have a law for the amount of children predators are allowed. Either that or the government offers more money to families with more children to encourage high birth rates and help the prey’s children reach maturity, hence why Judy has two hundred and seventy-five brothers and sisters.
