Well, Daniel was always a hothead and then did some things, that he wouldn't have done, if he gave it a second thought. Amanda was like Mr. Miyagi after he told her about getting the rent doubled. She asked him if he had thought about the other shop owners and he admitted that it was wrong. And yes, he's stubborn to think that only Miyagi's karate is the only right karate, but Johnny thinks the same way about his Eagle Fang/Cobra Kai karate. All I say is, if people criticise Daniel for his behaviour and his stubbornness then Johnny should also be criticised for his. I mean, he took the ball from someone and kicked it away and then pulled a guy off his scooter and destroyed it. He always wants revenge after the Cobra Kai kids did something. He told Miguel that Miyago Do is philosophical bullshit and called Daniel's lessons yoga lessons. Not to mention some of his training methods and insulting his students. They're both part of the problem. And it's funny that Johnny's motto is to strike first, but it's always Daniel who reaches out first and apologises. But hey, their back and forth is one thing that keeps the series going. Both make mistakes and both reflect on their actions and learn from it at the end. 😉

That is something Terry Silver would do. When he was proud that he did that, it made me sick. Johnny has his ideas of what was right because he was in a mini cult. ( been there and know about that) I am not saying things Johnny has done is right but Daniel knows better. Not one style of martial arts is perfect. Bring them together to get the best of both worlds like when Eli fought Robby, use cobra Kai AND miaygi do
