It has a huge star-studded cast, songs by Stephen Schwartz who wrote Godspell, Pippin, and the blockbuster musical Wicked which is soon to be a film as well. Its budget was $70,000,000! For an animated film that seems like an enormous amount of money. (I voted for Spirited Away but you can't go wrong with this one.)
