Chucky continues to shine as the series goes on and that's why I would love for you guys to continue with these because besides the 3rd one which is really my least favorite they are all so much fun but even the 3rd one has it's great moments as well. He has a great death in this one but my personal favorite is in the 3rd one. My favorite in the series is Bride Of Chucky and I will hope you get to that eventually! Probably my favorite part about this one is it really showcases a relationship they don't show often in cinema and that's the foster sibling bond and you really feel that with Kyle and Andy. Kyle is one of my favorite characters in the franchise, she has a great arc from being a rebellious teen to being a true heroin and you really root for her. But this movie also has probably my least favorite character and that's Phil, I can't stand him. I don't even know why he's a foster parent, he doesn't even seem to like kids in general, you could say he's only doing it for his wife but at least try to act like you care, I root for him to die, lol. And another thing that has always irked me is the fact that Norris and the other cop from the first movie totally bailed and left Andy's mom in dust, they completely turned their backs on her and now she's forever labeled insane! But a fun fact the actress who played Andy's mom was actually on set a lot for this because she married the special effect artist after the first movie was made, he's been apart of every Chucky movie except for the remake. She was suppose to be in it but they couldn't really make it work. And also the movie was suppose to take place at Christmas time and that's why the factory has so many of the dolls but again they couldn't really work it in right. The puppeteering is amazing, you wouldn't believe it but there are at least 15 puppeteers that's controlling the doll. The Chucky doll maze is a great design, you never know where he could be! I also really like the music, I like how they use toy instruments, it makes it really creepy.
