Community scenes

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all enjoying the day one remake. I'm still working on fixing a couple of continuity mistakes in day one, that will come out in a later patch, but I thought I'd take some time to talk with you about what I'm calling Community scenes.

I recently had a patron message me about writing a few scenes for the game, since he had some free time. I told him as long as his scene used old animations (swapping the characters in the animation), and he wrote the scene out in the proper format, I was happy to put them in the game. With the caveat that I would probably tweak the dialogue a bit. And If he was going to have the main characters do something they had never done before, he should talk to me first.

I know this is something most people probably won't be interested in doing, but I figured I'd upload the guide I made for him. This way if there is a scene you would really like to see in the game, you can make it happen.

The attached guide includes pictures of all the named characters (in case you forget their names), a text code guide for how to write the scene, and an example scene I am working on with him. Please read through the example script carefully before trying to write a scene.

If you have any questions about how to write a script, or if a scene you want to write would be okay in the game, please shoot me a message.

Also here is a reduced pictures folder, so you can see what animations you have to work with. Any of the characters in the animations can be easily swapped for other ones.
